Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following are the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") for the sale of products by WT Microwave Ltd. ("WT") to WT's customers ("Customers"). Please read this agreement carefully. Unless the company's authorized officer signs a separate agreement, any different or additional terms specified in the customer's purchase order or similar communications are objected to by WT and are not binding. By placing an order for products from the company, or accepting delivery of the products described on the applicable packing slip, bill of lading, or invoice received with the products, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions of sale.
1. Quotations/Prices
Subject to the provisions herein, all quotes submitted are firm for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of the quotation unless indicated differently on the face of the quotation. Alterations or changes to quotations after one hundred eighty (180) days may be made at the discretion of WT without notice.
If the customer fails to provide the quantity of the discounted price (if any), the amount will be charged to the customer based on the actual amount delivered or the quantity pricing schedule in which the order is placed. This charge should be a supplement to any cancellation fees.
The price is only applicable if the order quantity is shipped within twelve (12) months and the delivery time does not exceed twelve (12) months from the date when WT receive the customer's order. Otherwise, the WT will apply the standard price valid on the date when the customer receives the actual shipment quantity, and the customer shall pay the price difference (if any).
2. International Taxes and Duties
Prices do not include taxes, customer should responsible for duties, taxes or customs fees imposed in the customer’s country.
3. How to order

4. Payment terms and Payment instruction
4.1 Payment terms
Payments are supported in US dollars, Euros, and CNY, and customers with fixed accounts can support payments for 30 days. For international orders, 100% prepayment is required. If the order exceeds $20,000.00, it will support 50% prepayment.
4.2 Payment instruction.
In the absence of any agreement between the parties, all bank or transfer fees will be borne by the payer regardless of the payment method.
5. Delivery and Freight
5.1 Delivery
If there is no special agreement on the contract between the two parties, the freight and insurance will be paid by the customer. All international sales are EXW Chengdu, China.
WT will be as close as possible to the customer's requested of the delivery date and make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery.
5.2 Preferred shipping method:
Recommending customers to use their own courier account.
For example, UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT Express and so on.
6. Warranty
6.1 Under warranty period
WT guarantees that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use, All products purchased from WT are covered by a limited warranty within one year from the date of shipment. If within one year after delivery (determined by the date of manufacture code), any products from WT are found to be defective, WT should choose to repair or replace the defective product after the customer has prepaid the return. In addition, no warranty is applicable if the product is disassembled, misused, negligent, accidental or modified, or welded or altered in any way or beyond the applicable specifications or grades. WT reserves the right to make design changes (no prior notice) to any of the products without the need to make the same or similar changes to previously purchased products. Under no circumstances, WT will not be liable for the installation of manual or indirect damage. The warranty is WT's obligation or liability to the product and no warranty or guarantee, express or implied.
6.2 Exceed Warranty period
The products from WT that exceeded a one-year warranty and return to factory for repair should be repaired or replaced at the determined cost charged to the customer. The customer should receive an estimate of the repair cost before performing the repair.
7. Cancel, reschedule, return and modify
Any request to cancel, reschedule, return or modify an order must be made in writing and such action must be notified in writing to WT.
7.1 Cancellation fee:
For standard products, cancelled orders or returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee (sales price) or a minimum fee of $100.00 per item, whichever is greater. WT may charge this fee at its discretion, depending on the amount of material ordered at the time of cancellation and the cancellation fee for our supply chain.
For non-standard products designed and manufactured according to customer specifications or WT, the customer has no right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of any non-standard products. For non-catalog items, all sales are final and therefore cannot be cancelled/non-refundable (NCNR / custom).
7.2 Return
All returned products are inspected for physical and electrical functions upon receipt. All shortage claims must be filed within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment. The ownership of the goods is transferred to the customer after delivery to the carrier, after which the customer is exposed to the risk of loss or damage. The customer must file a claim for damage or loss during shipment. If the Material exclude the Authorized (RMA) number , the returned product will not be accepted. This number can be obtained by calling our quality inspection department. The cost of unauthorized return of materials is the responsibility of the customer. In addition, we will charge the customer an evaluation fee to cover the cost of inspection and testing of any items returned by the customer, which are within specifications or within the original terms of purchase.
7.3 Modify
Any product has confirmed the index, signed the contract and has been put into production, if the customer needs to modify the indicator temporarily, the customer shall bear the corresponding loss, which is judged according to the production process of the product that has been put into production. If it has been delivered, the customer shall bear the modification. All costs after the return, and does not support the return of the previous product.
